A Gift of Gratitude: Grateful Guitars Foundation Presents John Kadlecik with ‘Amaris’

The 2024 Grateful Guitars All-Star Benefit concert was the perfect opportunity to gift House Band anchor John Kadlecik “Amaris.” Meaning “moon child” or “word (or promise) of God,” Amaris is an Alembic Little Darling with a long scale neck with a buckeye burl resin top and flame maple back with a purple heart core. The peg head has a matching resin top and flame maple back and the finger board is ebony. It has three ST, Strat-style pickups, a Roland synth, stage tribute electronics and on board effects loop with LED fret markers. It has moon phase inlays on the neck and a cancer inlay on the back of the peg head and sterling silver Alembic logo on the front.
We’re forever grateful for John’s dedication to keeping the music alive through his years with Dark Star Orchestra, Furthur, and currently as a member of Melvin Seals & JGB and we wish him the best wherever the road may lead him.
By donating to the Grateful Guitars Foundation, you help make initiatives like this possible. Thank you for your ongoing support.
